Energetic Healing

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei means ‘Wisdom or Higher Power and Ki means ‘Life force energy’ which equals to a spiritually guided life force energy.

How It Works

Reiki is a technique that helps to relieve stress and promote relaxation thus promoting healing to occur on a subconscious level. A treatment can be hands off, meaning that the practitioner doesn’t physically touch the body but the hands hover over the energy centres and areas of the body requiring healing, or it can be that the practitioner places their hands on key energy centres, both activate these energy centres and remove blockages that might be manifesting as physical or emotional imbalances. A session of Reiki can leave you feeling calm and relaxed as well as promote healing to take place on all levels of the mind, body and spirit.
